A weekly stock forecast for every product

FloPlanner rolls every product forward one week at a time, so you can see which weeks are covered and which are about to run short, while there is still time to order.

FloPlanner on demo data: the weekly stock forecast for one product, twelve weeks on screen
Screens from FloPlanner, running on demo data. Details may change before launch.

What you see, for each product

  • Forecast: what the product is forecast to sell each week, starting from your own sales history, so last year's peaks and quiet weeks carry into the plan.
  • Incoming purchase orders: each order lands in the week it's due to arrive.
  • Stock on hand: carried forward from your latest stock figure, less forecast sales, plus what arrives.
  • Weeks of cover: how many weeks the stock on hand would last at the forecast rate.
  • Past weeks: forecast against what actually sold, so you can see how the plan has been tracking.

Twelve weeks on screen, up to a year ahead

The view shows twelve weeks at a time. Step ahead block by block to see up to a year. It's the view planners build by hand in a spreadsheet, kept up to date for you.

Why weekly, not monthly

A monthly total can hide the week you actually run out. When a supplier needs ten weeks or more, the week a shortage starts decides when the order has to go in. A weekly view shows that week; a monthly one can miss it by a fortnight.

What it doesn't do

The forecast is an estimate based on your data and settings, not a guarantee. FloPlanner suggests; you decide.

FloPlanner is in early access through November and December 2026. Advanced launches in January 2027 on any phone or computer.
