FloPlanner · Features
Reorder planning when your suppliers take months
When an order takes ten weeks or more to land, the decision has to be made long before the shelf looks empty. FloPlanner works back from the week you'd run short to the week the order has to go in.
Lead times, set once
Set production and transit weeks once per supplier, and change them per product where they differ. Suggested order dates take them into account.
Quantities that respect your suppliers
Suggested quantities step up to each supplier's minimum order and order multiples, and keep the reserve of stock you choose to hold.
One draft per supplier
Products that need ordering are grouped into one draft purchase order per supplier. Keep the drafts until you're ready, adjust any line, and place the orders you're happy with.
Air vs sea Advanced Plus only
When a sea order would land too late, weigh up flying part of it to cover the gap. How air vs sea works →
Suggestions are estimates based on your data and settings, for you to review. FloPlanner never sends an order on its own.
FloPlanner is in early access through November and December 2026. Advanced launches in January 2027 on any phone or computer.
